VARIMAT AUTOMATIC WELDING MACHINE

The VARIMAT presents itself as a compact and easily maneuverable automatic welding machine, which only weights of 22 kg (48,5 lbs). The optimum distribution of the machine’s weight on to the pressure roller prevents the development of annoying creases. The Radial transmission makes perfect tracking possible.The operator will be completely convinced by the modular construction for various welding seam widths of 20, 40, 80, 100 and 120 mm (0,8 - 1,6 - 3,2 - 4,0 and 4,7 inches). An integrated automatic starter allows separate running-in at the start of the welding process. The micro-controller provides further options according to customer specification.
